Mental Health in an Unequal World

On the occasion of the World Day of Mental Health, from Sisters Hospitallers we join the world motto: “Mental health in an unequal world” established by the World Federation for Mental Health for this year.

Our objective is to highlight the stigma and discrimination experienced by people with mental illness and which, to a greater or lesser extent depending on each reality, affect their educational opportunities, their income, their job prospects, their social relationships … Inequality Whatever it is: social, economic, gender… it affects us all and we all have a role to play in eliminating these disparities and ensuring that people with mental illness are fully integrated in all aspects of life.
