Meeting of the international communication team

Yesterday, June 24, 2020, we celebrated the first day of the annual meeting of Communication Technicians and Managers, of Sisters Hopitallers.

On this first day, the meeting dealt with Hospitaller Identity, focused on communication. It was a very enriching and rewarding presentation led by Sr. Idilia Carneiro, Vicar of the Province of Portugal.

The exposition dealt with three great ideas:

  • “Practice Hospitality”: as a charismatic imperative for our Institution
  • “Hospitality Narrative”: as a narrative of identity in which to tell stories with life.
  • “Communicators as artisans of Hospitality”: the current challenge of communication professionals in our Institution is to communicate in the style of the Good Samaritan, weaving stories of Hospitality.

It was a very dynamic and participative meeting, in which all the attendees commented their opinion and feelings about the importance of communication as an essential part of our Hospital Identity.

Thank you very much to all the participants for their time and dedication. Those who are summoned for the second day, which we will celebrate on July 1, through the same format, to share knowledge about Digital Marketing.

See you soon!
