Young Hospitality: Laura Palero

Laura is a member of Jóvenes Hospitalarios and has taken part in volunteer experiences across various centers of the Congregation. One of the aspects she highlights most is how, in the midst of a fast-paced world, these experiences allowed her to slow down, put herself at the service of those most in need, and be transformed by the relationships built with older adults, people with disabilities, and those facing mental health challenges.

“What can I offer?” was the question that guided her. The answer: dedication, listening, community… and an experience that leaves a lasting mark.
