Every March 8, on International Women\u2019s Day, the world renews its commitment to promoting the dignity, rights, and opportunities of women. This day invites us not only to recognize the progress that has been made, but also to reflect on the challenges that still remain in achieving true equality. <\/span><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s theme, \u201cGive To Gain,\u201d offers a profound perspective: when we give support, opportunities, and recognition, we create the conditions for more women to fully develop their potential. Giving is not losing\u2014it is multiplying. Every act of solidarity, every space opened for participation, and every opportunity shared helps build a more just and humane society. <\/span><\/p>\n

In this journey, the mission of our Congregation has been dedicated to caring for, accompanying, and promoting the dignity of the most vulnerable, with particular attention to many women who, throughout history, have been left on the margins of social and healthcare support.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following the charism of hospitality promoted by Saint Benedict Menni, we as Hospitaller Sisters have worked to offer spaces of welcome, comprehensive care, and accompaniment, especially for women experiencing situations of fragility, illness, or exclusion. Our mission has always been to recognize in every person a unique dignity that deserves to be respected, cared for, and accompanied. <\/span><\/p>\n

Giving time, giving attentive listening, giving care, giving opportunities: these gestures, which are part of the daily life of so many people committed to hospitality, have a profound impact on the lives of those who need it most. When a woman finds support to rebuild her life, regain her health, or develop her abilities, not only does her personal story change, but also the life of her community. <\/span><\/p>\n

International Women\u2019s Day reminds us that each of us can contribute to this change. Giving visibility, promoting respect, opening opportunities, and accompanying processes are concrete ways of building a world where all women can live with dignity and hope. <\/span><\/p>\n

Today we renew this commitment, convinced that when we sow care, justice, and solidarity, the fruits reach the whole of society. Because when women are able to flourish fully, we all gain. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
