We understand that in order to care for others, we must first care for those who care. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For us, caring for our teams is not just a management strategy; it is an act of mercy. Following the vision of Saint Benedict Menni, we know that hospitality does not end with the patient. It must, above all, embrace those who sustain care from within. At our Our Lady of Guadalupe Center, as well as in other centers, we practice the \u201cpedagogy of love\u201d\u2014an internal hospitality that transforms, allowing charity and science to complement each other in every gesture of care for the sick. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our goal goes beyond workplace well-being. We seek a deep shift in the health-care paradigm. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because when we care for the caregiver, we weave a culture that not only heals but also accompanies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We create an environment where our professionals feel supported, valued, and spiritually nourished.
