Portugal and Latin America experience the Novena to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the spirit of Hospitality

The communities of the Hospitaller Sisters in Portugal and Latin America are joyfully and fraternally experiencing the congregational novena dedicated to Our Lady of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a time of encounter, prayer, and shared renewal that brings together the different realities of the Congregation.

Through community celebrations, moments of reflection, and shared activities, sisters, collaborators, service users, and Hospitaller lay people actively participate in this preparation, strengthening the bonds born from the charism of Hospitality and renewing their commitment to the mission.

The shared videos capture some of the moments experienced in different communities across Portugal and Latin America, reflecting the cultural richness and diversity of experiences that are part of the Hospitaller family. They convey closeness, fraternity, and the joy of walking together with a shared identity and mission.

The novena is also becoming an opportunity to deepen Marian spirituality and renew trust in the maternal accompaniment of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart of Jesus within the Hospitaller mission. Likewise, this special time offers an opportunity to give thanks for the daily dedication of so many people who embody the spirit of Hospitality in every work and community, promoting spaces of welcome, care, and hope.
