At Sisters Hospitallers caring also means fostering research and the professional development of our collaborators. We promote research, continuous training, and innovation as essential components of our commitment to quality care and professional growth.

What Is Knowledge Management?

Knowledge management encompasses all actions that generate, integrate, and share knowledge within the Institution.

From scientific research to best care practices, everything is aimed at a single goal: to improve the care we provide each day.

Research not only contributes to the advancement of knowledge but also fosters a constant critical reflection on our care and educational activities. Therefore, it becomes an essential tool to:

Strengthen

the quality of our services and resources in the pursuit of excellence.

Apply

evidence to care and educational practices.

Train

better-prepared and up-to-date teams, improving how we act.

The foundation of scientific activity in our centers is the ethical commitment to scientific advancement and to improving the quality of care.
