Celebration of Perpetual Profession in Ciempozuelos

On Saturday, August 10, the Mother House of the Congregation in Ciempozuelos (Spain) witnessed a deeply significant event for our Hospitaller Family: the Perpetual Profession of five sisters from the Province of France. Our dear sisters Mulangi Lumengo Liliane, Randimbisoa Mamy Odette Jacqueline, Dzaka Ablavi Claire, Ravaoarisoa Mathieue Noëlline and Vololoniaina Niveline Francin pronounced their YES to the God of Hospitality, committing themselves to live the values of our Congregation for the rest of their lives.

The celebration, presided over by Monsignor José María Avendaño, Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Getafe, was attended by Sr. Idília Carneiro, Superior General, who received the sisters’ vows. Also present were Sister Matilde Porras, Provincial Superior of Spain; Sister Henar Sandoval, Councilor and Provincial Secretary of France and Sister Magdalena Goñi, Provincial Secretary of Spain.

The newly professed were also accompanied by sisters from the different communities of Madrid, relatives, friends and different members of the Hospitaller Community, who joined in heartfelt thanksgiving in this ecclesial and congregational event.

We raise our prayers in gratitude to Mary, Our Mother, for the gift of the vocation of our sisters and for their commitment to the charism of Hospitality.
