Today we introduce you to Annibale Francesch, sector manager of Villa San Giuseppe in Ascoli Piceno.
📌How long have you been part of the Hospitaller Sisters? Since 1986. After 37 years, I am still eager to defend, strengthen and spread more and more the Hospitaller charism at all levels.
📌Why did you decide to join the Hospitaller Sisters? I met them after a selection of lay personnel with administrative and management requirements. I was struck by the large number of Sisters active in all areas of Villa San Giuseppe’s management. They welcomed me in a familiar and motherly way, giving me a hug and words of encouragement for my future destiny. Today I carry this in my heart. The Hospitaller Family is a real family to me.
📌What is your purpose, your mission in helping the Hospitaller Sisters? In the beginning, I felt the need to do my job in a professional, empathetic and collaborative way with the guests. My mission is to put the Gospel into practice at all times. The Guest is not just a number, is a person in all his weakness, fragility and suffering. I want to thank all the sisters who accompany me in this “adventure”.
