At the Sisters Hospitallers we have now adopted audio-visual content as a tool for corporate communication, to ensure the global visibility of our Institution. We currently have a General YouTube Channel where we post all our institutional videos of interest.

Don’t miss it, visit the channel and sign up! That way you will be kept promptly informed of all our audio-visual news.

Why YouTube?

YouTube is the world’s second most popular online content browser, behind Google. It has more than 800 million users and records more than 4 billion viewers per day. It accounts for 10% of all Internet traffic. Google indexes YouTube videos in its searches.

Audio-visual communication in numbers

  • Currently audio-visual material makes up 78% of all content viewed on the web, and according to forecasts, by 2018 it will account for 84%.
  • 9 out of 10 users watch videos of their favourite brands, and 65% visit the corporate website after doing so.
  • Almost half of all users aged between 25 and 54 share videos.
  • Videos already make up 50% of all mobile traffic.
  • 90% of the information retained by our brain is visual.
